Registration Reminders

Grades listed for each camp are for the 2024-25 school year. Please register with that in mind. If online registration is not used, you must complete the hard copy form and provide a separate check for each camp. Registration is due no later than Wednesday May 29th.

Other Important Information

For general camp questions, please call the SHJH Athletic Office at 815-469-4330 x318. Specific camp questions should be directed to the coach at the email address indicated for that camp. No confirmations will be sent for any camp registration. If registering online, your payment receipt email can be considered confirmation. You will be notified in the event of a camp cancellation. Parents must electronically sign the waiver when registering their student(s) for camp(s). Parents may complete the Emergency Information / Student Health History form and bring it to the first day of their camp(s). This is optional.
